EduSpotter is a mobile-based platform designed to identify and map out-of-school children (OOSC) using real-time, GPS-verified, community-driven data. By engaging volunteer “EduSpotters” across Pakistan, the app enables localized tracking of education exclusion zones — helping education departments, NGOs, and development partners make data-informed decisions for school access, enrollment, and intervention.
